Claude Portelance Construction inc. is an inter-provincial, Ontario based company incorporated in 2002 by its President: Mr. Claude Portelance. General Contractor in Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Institutional projects, our company also specialyzes in acrylic coatings (stucco) and floor finishes with our SurfaTex division.

Since his beginnings in 1985, Claude Portelance branded his name into a synonym of quality and trust in Eastern Ontario and the Lower Laurentians with the completion of several residential projects. In 2000, Claude made a turn toward Commercial, Industrial and Institutional fields by accepting contracts as project manager for multi million corporations such as Louis W. Bray Construction Ltd. and CMG Innovation.


After collaborating on several projects away from home, Claude founded Claude Portelance Construction Inc. in 2002 to work closer to his home and family.
 

In 2009, Carl Portelance (Claude's eldest son) has joined the family business to gradually make his way to the administrative position he holds today. With his knowledge in business administration and  technology, Carl has since brought Claude Portelance Construction Inc. to a new level, offering sophisticated estimating and project management tools.
